I was having a pretty rough Valentine’s Day and honestly just needed to get out of the house, and I’m really glad I stopped by Smoke City. Gibby Fender was working the overnight shift and completely changed the vibe of my night. His knowledge and wisdom when it comes to flower products is on another level, and he took the time to actually listen and make solid recommendations instead of rushing the sale. On top of that, the company alone was worth the stop. I didn’t even realize Smoke City was open 24 hours until that night, and now I know the overnight shift is where it’s at. With Gibby, it’s not just a buying experience you’re getting a young OG who’s down to earth, genuinely cares about his customers, and brings real compassion and good energy to the store. Great little vape shop. I got caught without a working disposable and needed my nicotine fix. I was at the shop just before opening at 8am on 6/1/23, and the shop was opening just as I got there. The young lady who assisted me helped me find a couple disposables for a decent price. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and in a couple minutes I was on my way. I like that she had me test both disposables to make sure they worked before I left the shop. I also like that this shop opens at 8am rather than 9am or 10 am like so many others. Bought some tobacco here today and the guy gave me a couple bucks off just because. I told him to reorder it and he took a pic of it and said he will tell his boss. Thats more than most of these supposed "smoke" shops do for guys that roll their own cigs. Usually if you get the last bag it will be months before its reordered if ever and you have to go somewhere else. First world struggles, i know. Will definitely be back though. ~ Southern s

Love the atmosphere at this location. There is a young female who works the morning shift that really needs to work on her customer service skills. She’s not friendly, kind, or approachable.
